3. Review connection settings

4. Choose a transfer preference (optional)
Leave Enable Transfer Button set to Hide (Default) for automatic sending, or choose Show if you want to manually send results using the application button.
Part 2 | Verify the Assessor API token
5. Find your account token
Sign in to your Assessor account in a browser. Navigate to Tools, then Data Upload & API Options. Under API Access & Help, locate Account Token and copy it.

Part 3 | Transfer a hearing test
9. Complete the test
Perform the hearing test using your audiometer. When finished, initiate the normal transfer from the audiometer to the computer. If you selected Show for the transfer button, you can use the application Transfer button to see results and the Send to Assessor button when ready to send.
10. Confirm the upload
Check the status/message area in Assessor Connector. Look for a successfully sent data to Assessor confirmation. Seeing test values in the application alone does not confirm they were uploaded successfully.
11. Verify test results
Once you have completed the test and the data was successfully sent, log in to Assessor and confirm the results appear correctly.
If something does not work
Check that the audiometer is connected, the correct device and COM port are selected (if applicable), the baud rate is correct, and the API token was verified. Review any error displayed in the application or open App Log for additional details.
